Introduction
This is my second attempt at getting started on a blog. The other one fell through after a very similar first posting as this. Here’s to better luck this time. I want to give some sort of explanation for this project, as all projects deserve the chance to be properly explained to the people that will witness and possibly have something to do with them.
I have a book of over a hundred, actually closer to two hundred, “free writes” from the past year. They began as a timed 5-minute exercise and evolved into more of a space-filling one, with each entry taking up about half a page over a single sitting. They range in content from actual portions of possible stories I could write to short wandering thoughts.
I hope to track the themes of the writes that I pick and gain some elusive insight.
We’ll be scanning the initial batch in the coming days.
